**Backport:** https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/8366 From the point of view of a notification, the only status which must be considered a fail is `StatusFailure`. All others are either success `StatusSuccess` or undetermined `StatusCancelled` and `StatusSkipped`.
